What is your return policy?

Southern Traditions accepts returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns are eligible for store credit only. Items must have original tags and be free of perfume, pet hair, deodorant, or smoke.

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to a constantly changing inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed. If the item you want is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit instead.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

If your item arrives damaged, email a photo of the defect to straditions@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving it. Claims made after this window or after wearing the item will not be accepted.
